“We just returned from our NYC choir trip with Note-Able Travel, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience! Taking a group of 50+ to NYC seemed to be an incredibly daunting and stressful task, but somehow, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had as a choir director. Every detail of this trip was so thoughtfully planned and organized that we as directors were actually able to enjoy the experience right alongside our students instead of constantly troubleshooting logistics. That alone is such a gift on a trip of this size! Our tour guide Gary was truly exceptional. He is one of the most knowledgeable, charismatic, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever met, and it was obvious from day one how much he cared about our students and our experience. He anticipated problems before they happened, navigated the city effortlessly, and somehow made moving 50 people through NYC feel smooth and manageable. He gave our students the REAL New York experience. Every stop had stories, history, local insight, and little hidden gems we never would’ve experienced on our own. Whether we were walking through Central Park, navigating Chinatown and Little Italy, standing at the 9/11 Memorial, or grabbing dinner after a Broadway show, he made every moment feel meaningful and personal. Our groups safety was a huge priority to us, and having someone as experienced and attentive as Gary leading us through the city gave us an incredible sense of confidence and peace of mind. Our kids adored him, our chaperones loved him, and I can confidently say we will absolutely be requesting him again for every future NYC trip. Ariel was also wonderful throughout the trip and played such an important role in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. She handled itinerary adjustments quickly and calmly, especially when weather forced last-minute changes, and she always had answers and solutions ready to go. The biggest compliment I can give Note-Able Travel is this: we were able to fully be present with our students. We got to laugh with them, experience the city with them, watch them grow closer as an ensemble, and create memories we’ll talk about for years. That doesn’t happen unless the people organizing the trip are truly excellent at what they do! We are so incredibly grateful for this experience and cannot recommend Note-Able Travel highly enough. We will absolutely be traveling with them again.”
