Robert is always present and so responsive; Jessica is incredibly organized and on top every detail; and the entire team is so hands on and helpful; there was never a question about what was happening, where to go, what to do, the team was always there to help us and everything ran so smoothly.
Special shout-outs to Katie and Sarita for being so warm, helpful and fun. I would bring them on another trip with me anytime/anywhere, they are fantastic! This trip was expertly planned and executed with every detail thought through.
